Evidence that arrives in time to be useful.
Running literacy programmes in pastoralist, refugee, and arid and semi-arid communities produces something beyond the immediate work: a record of what was tried, what held, and what did not. Very little of that record currently reaches the people setting education policy for these same communities.
We document and publish findings from our own programmes and partnerships, generating credible evidence on what works in literacy, inclusive education, and AI-enabled learning for underprivileged and displaced children. That evidence goes directly to educators, county and national policymakers, and development partners, to inform better decisions and stronger institutions.
We publish standalone reports and briefs. The format is deliberately light, because evidence that takes a year to reach print arrives after the decision it was meant to inform.

Our first outputs are being written now.
Programmes have to run before there is anything honest to report on them. The first briefs will cover early developmental screening in communities without specialist services, and literacy retention among children whose schooling is interrupted by seasonal migration.

Universities, research institutions, development partners, and government bodies working on education for mobile and displaced populations are welcome to collaborate. That can mean co-designing a study around a live programme, funding a specific piece of documentation, or commissioning a brief on a question you need answered before a decision is made.
